Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All books are shipped from Washington State via USPS Media Mail and should arrive within 2-10 days of shipping. Books are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase, but no later than four business days after the order is placed. Estimated shipping time per region is as follows:
East Coast: 10 days; Midwest: 7 days; West Coast: 2-5 days.

If you are interested in purchasing our books and would like it shipped to Canada, please contact us at sales@tinytradensmen.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your book arrives damaged, you’ll be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item within 15 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in. Once we receive the damaged book, we will send you a new one immediately.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the book, but we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged, as stated above.
